Stopped to pick up bagels and cream cheese on Friday afternoon. Went to serve Saturday morning and there was a full on hand print in the cream cheese picture below. Called the store spoke to Kim, a manager I was told and her answer was “Well we wear a glove” it’s fine. Putting that on my table to serve looked gross to me. I suggested they change that policy which she said Hmmm sorry. No offer to replace . I guess I can get cream cheese at the market and bagels elsewhere. Ugh 👎🏼 Kim have a nice day.

I won’t be coming here any longer. I’ve been buying my bagels from this establishment for years now, they are the closest to New York bagels and have a broad menu. Unfortunately because of my last visit , I will have to stop coming or Atleast to this location. I went in on a weekday, I always go Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays before I head to work because it’s the nearest to my office like always the two young girls working the front there were nice and gave me my dozen bagels and deli sandwiches very quickly even though they seemed busy, the person making the hot breakfast did not. I waited 17 minutes for a rye, egg and cheddar…crazy. This employee is Kim, who has been there for a long time and is always very friendly, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen she’s the one working the hot breakfast menu and everytime it is a long wait, unfortunately because she is very nice. I went by on a Thursday the last time, same crew as the last time and the two girls are working hard obviously there was a line and they were handing out orders, but no hot breakfast, Kim comes out the bathroom, couple minutes later, I still don’t have my sandwich, Kim goes back to the restroom, I still don

It was busy but was served quickly and I didn’t mind waiting 10 minutes on a Sunday morning. Poppy seed bagel with Taylor ham, egg and muenster cheese toasted was delicious. Would drive down here for it again! Coffee was also good, they are using “Katz Roasters” and it had a nice layered taste to it.

The food at Holy Bagel is genuinely great, but the service experience today was extremely frustrating. I arrived right when they opened at 7:00 AM and was the first person in the store. I ordered one single bagel and still waited 25 minutes. During that time, online orders were being prioritized, even though not one person had come in to pick them up yet. There was no sense of urgency or awareness that an in-person customer was standing there waiting for one bagel. The food is good, but waiting 25 minutes for one bagel in an empty store at opening is hard to justify.

I had a great experience at this café that specializes in breakfast, bagels, and sandwiches. The location is convenient, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a meal. Even though there was quite a line, the staff worked efficiently, and we were served surprisingly fast. We opted for the bagels and loved the concept of building our own. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the result was absolutely delicious. The bagels themselves were fresh and flavorful, and the ingredients were of high quality. We were really happy with our meal. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Great service, delicious food, and a nice atmosphere – definitely worth a visit!
